The website publisher acts as data controller. As this website is accessible from the European Union, the processing described below is carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

The publisher is registered as a data controller with the Data Protection Office of Mauritius under the Data Protection Act 2017, registration number C24484.

Data collected

Booking a call: when you book a slot through the Cal.com module embedded in the site, you provide your name, email address and any information you choose to add. This data is used solely to arrange and hold the meeting.

Audience measurement: the site uses Google Analytics to produce aggregate traffic statistics (pages viewed, referral source, device type). IP addresses are truncated by Google before storage.

There is no commercial data-capture form on this site, and no data is sold or transferred to third parties for advertising purposes.

Legal bases

Booking a call relies on the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Audience measurement relies on the publisher's legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used (Article 6(1)(f)); you may object to it at any time as described below.

Retention periods

Booking data is kept for three years from the last contact. Audience measurement data is kept for a maximum of fourteen months.

Recipients and processors

Your data is accessible to the publisher and to its technical processors: Cal.com (bookings), Google Ireland Limited (audience measurement) and Hostinger International Ltd (hosting). Each acts only within the scope of the service entrusted to it.

Transfers outside the European Union

As the publisher is established in Mauritius and some processors are based in the United States, your data may be transferred outside the European Union. Such transfers are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or, where applicable, by an adequacy decision.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, as well as the right to give instructions on what happens to it after your death. To exercise these rights, write to dorian@koalastudio.io; you will receive a response within one month.

If, after contacting us, you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr) or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.

Cookies

This site uses no advertising cookies and no profiling trackers. Only the following cookies are set:

  • Audience measurement (Google Analytics): statistical cookies used to count visits and understand navigation paths. Maximum lifetime: thirteen months.
  • Bookings (Cal.com): technical cookies set only when you open the booking module, and required for it to work.

You can object to audience measurement by installing the opt-out add-on provided by Google (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout), by enabling your browser's "Do Not Track" signal, or by blocking cookies in its settings. Blocking statistical cookies has no effect on your browsing.
