Booking platform for wellness sessions in Belgium

Context

Karmik is a Belgian company specializing in holistic wellness practices: Kundalini Activation Process (KAP), Breathwork, energy healing and coaching. Founded by Julien Paeschen, a certified practitioner, Karmik offers group and individual sessions in Belgium.

Challenge: Karmik was using Weezevent to manage bookings, a generic solution that didn't reflect the brand's premium identity and limited the customer experience. The goal: create a custom platform with a smooth booking journey, automated session and payment management, and a CMS enabling complete autonomy.
