Tournament management was growing unsustainable: WhatsApp messages flying everywhere, Excel spreadsheets hard to maintain, decisions scattered across conversation threads.

Challenge: Automate the organizational chain so that tournament organizers spend less time chasing information and more time focusing on the event itself. Eliminate manual bracket creation, automate ranking calculations, and centralize all communication.
