Vinci Energies team leaders on sensitive industrial sites (chemical plants, data centers) were losing 2 hours per day on paper reporting: documenting interventions, tracking compliance, generating client reports, all on paper.

Challenge: Digitize intervention tracking and reporting while keeping the field interface simple for technicians. The key: co-build with field team leaders through short iterations to ensure the tool fit their real workflows, not just theoretical ones.
