A Vinci Energies subsidiary specializing in industrial maintenance operates on sensitive sites (chemical plants, logistics platforms, data centers) with strict constraints: mandatory traceability, immediate reactivity, precise client reporting.

Challenge: The tools used (Excel, phone calls, manual reporting) led to lack of reactivity, information loss, and considerable administrative burden for team leaders. Intervention tracking needed to be digitized while maintaining simple usage for field technicians.
