THE STORY
A technical partner, not a contractor
Before Koala Studio, I spent 6 years as deputy director at a software company. I saw firsthand what happens when tech and business move together, and what happens when they stop talking. I then launched my own projects: a SaaS that reached 10,000 users and an e-commerce brand at €500k revenue, both sold the same year. That's when I understood what growing SMBs really need.
What I've learned: growing SMBs have real tech challenges, but no one in-house to lead them. As a result, tools pile up, decisions are made ad hoc, and tech slows things down instead of accelerating. That's exactly the role I fill.
